Step One:
All degree-seeking students are required to complete our Institutional Financial Aid Application. This form will be sent to your email address via Adobe E-sign, an electronic form that once completed arrives instantly at our Financial Aid Office for processing. It will look like this in your inbox.
Step Two:
All Non-International, Degree-Seeking, Full-Time, or Part-Time (6 credits and above) students are required to complete the FAFSA for consideration for Institutional Scholarships and Federal & State Financial Aid.
File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid, (FAFSA) by going to This should be completed as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out on State grants and other scholarships opportunities.
Step Three:
If you are considering applying for federal student loans, go ahead and complete the Master Promissory Note and “Entrance Counseling” by visiting http://studentaid.gov/mpn/ and http://studentaid.gov/entrance-counseling/
Once these steps are completed, we will send your Estimated Financial Aid Offer which lists in detail, both the Cost of Attendance for the Academic Year and any Institutional Scholarships, Federal and State Grants, and optional Federal Student Loans which you may be eligible for.
Here’s an example of our Financial Aid Offer document. Your version will show dollar amounts in the sources of financial aid section. Therefore, your net price will look very different.
If there are no changes, please sign and return your Financial Aid Offer document. It’s very important that you sign and return it via email to reserve your scholarship(s) as all school scholarships are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
